This competition is run by RocketFi ("Rocket," "we," "us").
2. Competition period
Begins 13:00 UTC on September 1, 2026 and ends 23:59 UTC on September 30, 2026 (the "Competition Period"). All times are UTC and our records of trading activity are final. Any outstanding referral credits will be consolidated at the end of the Competition Period.
3. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and who are able to access and trade on Rocket beta in compliance with these rules and applicable law.
4. Excluded persons and jurisdictions
This competition is not open to, and no prize will be awarded to:
- (a) United States persons, or any person accessing Rocket beta from the United States or its territories. Rocket beta is not available in the United States and no offer or solicitation is made to US persons.
- (b) Any person subject to sanctions administered by OFAC as applicable, or named on any applicable restricted-party list.
- (c) Employees, officers, contractors and advisors of Rocket and its affiliates.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. No purchase or payment required to enter beyond ordinary trading
No separate entry fee, registration or payment is required. Trading on Rocket beta during the Competition Period enters a participant automatically. Standard network and protocol fees apply to trading activity and are not entry fees.
6. How the winner is determined
The winner is the single participant with the highest total trading volume across perpetuals and options on Rocket beta during the Competition Period, as recorded by Rocket, inclusive of referral credit under Section 7. This is a competition of trading activity, not chance.
7. Referral credit
20% of the trading volume of each trader who joins through a participant's referral link is credited to that participant's leaderboard total for the Competition Period. Credits post daily at 14:00 UTC. Referral credit affects leaderboard position only; it does not reduce the referred trader's own recorded volume and does not alter the volume Rocket records for either party. Only referrals registered during the Competition Period are credited, and only volume traded during the Competition Period counts.
8. Points
1,000,000 points are distributed each week of the Competition Period, with 2x multipliers on open interest and on referrals. Points are separate from the prize in Section 10. Points allocation is at Rocket's discretion and is subject to the same review and disqualification provisions as the leaderboard.
9. Tie-breaker
If two or more participants finish the Competition Period with identical total volume, the prize is awarded to the participant who reached that volume earliest, by Rocket's timestamp.
10. Prize
One (1) 2026 Rolex Explorer 40 model.
11. Verification and disqualification
Rocket reviews leaderboard positions before awarding the prize. Wash trading, self-referral, sybil accounts, coordinated volume between related accounts or wallets, exploitation of a bug or pricing error, and any activity intended to inflate recorded volume without genuine market risk will result in disqualification. Rocket may request reasonable information to verify eligibility and the integrity of a participant's activity. Rocket's determination is final. Review will be completed and the winner announced on or before October 7, 2026.
12. Notification and claim
Rocket will contact the winner at the wallet address they competed under via wallet session on the Rocket UI. To claim the prize, the winner must, within fourteen (14) days of first contact, respond to Rocket and complete a nominal verification transaction confirming control of that wallet. A winner who cannot be reached, fails to respond or verify within that period, declines the prize, or is found ineligible forfeits the prize. Rocket may then award it to the next eligible participant on the leaderboard, or decline to award it at all. The winner must provide a delivery address for the watch. Rocket will ship to the address provided and supply a tracking number, and the winner is responsible for receiving the package.
13. Taxes
Any taxes, duties or charges arising from the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.
14. Changes and cancellation
Rocket may amend, suspend or cancel this competition, in whole or in part, if it cannot be run as planned, including for technical failure, protocol incident, manipulation, or legal or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be posted at rocketfoundation.io/campaigns/rolex-challenge.
15. Data
Rocket processes wallet addresses, trading activity and any information provided to claim a prize for the purpose of running the competition, verifying eligibility and delivering the prize, in accordance with rocketfoundation.io/privacy.
16. Not affiliated with Rolex
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Rolex SA or any of its affiliates. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The prize watch is purchased at retail by Rocket.
17. No advice; risk
Nothing in this competition or in any related material is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to trade, or a promise of any return. Trading derivatives involves substantial risk, including total loss. Participation is voluntary and at each participant's own risk.
18. Dispute resolution
Any dispute is subject to arbitration as defined by the Rocket team.
